ABC Legal Services is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to address questions and resolve issues on orders. This remote role is located in Louisiana, Mississippi, or Alabama and collaborates with multiple teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

The position emphasizes diplomacy, fast thinking, and maintaining composure under pressure while handling multiple priorities. Excellent English communication is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years of customer support experience over the phone.
• Experience using Outlook, Excel, Word, PDF Editor and phone systems.
• Document manipulation experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Typing speed of at least 55 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer support tickets and resolve issues related to existing orders.
• Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with orders and new orders online.
• Respond to emails and address questions from customers and internal departments.
• Document issues in Confluence
• Visit court dockets for information on case filing and occasionally pull filed papers
• Perform other duties as assigned
