Job summary

Aston Carter is hiring for a Remote Dispatcher to support a growing field service operation. You will coordinate service technicians who travel to customer locations to repair and maintain equipment, with a focus on scheduling, dispatching, customer communication, and problem-solving.

The role is 100% remote within approx. 75 miles of Denver, CO, Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM CST, 10–12 month contract with potential for permanent hire, and $20–$22 per hour. Structured training included.

Qualifications

• Dispatching or scheduling/coordination experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience managing schedules and high-volume workloads.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and difficult customers.
• Basic Excel skills (sorting, filtering).
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Stable work history and accountability in remote roles.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming work orders through Salesforce.
• Assign service calls to field technicians.
• Manage technician schedules, routes and service appointments.
• Schedule upcoming work across multiple service territories.
• Monitor high-volume work order activity and adjust schedules as priorities change.
• Communicate delays, schedule changes and updates to customers.
• Handle escalated service requests and customer concerns.
• Coordinate with technicians, account managers, sales and customer service teams.
• Maintain frequent phone and email communication throughout the day.
