Job summary

twiceasnice Recruiting is seeking a Remote Facilities Coordinator to join our team in the US. You will oversee work orders from intake through closeout, acting as the primary liaison between customers, field technicians, vendors, and internal teams.

This role requires 4+ years coordinating field facilities maintenance, experience with building systems, ETA/NTE management, and multi-system workflows with multiple monitors. Flexible work-from-home setup offered, pace remains high.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience coordinating field facilities maintenance technicians.
• Background supporting commercial building systems and facility equipment such as overhead doors, loading dock equipment, plumbing systems, compactors/balers, or similar.
• Experience managing work orders, including ETA and NTE management.
• Experience working across multiple systems utilizing dual monitors (or more).

[Remote] Facilities Coordinator - Field Service Dispatching (No Travel) Description

Our client, a commercial services provider, is looking for a Remote Facilities Coordinator to join their team in the US. Our client acts as the bridge between their customers and the external technicians and vendors they use to complete service work. In this role, you'll oversee work orders from initial intake through final closeout while serving as the primary point of contact between customers, field technicians, vendors, and internal teams. You'll triage service requests, coordinate repairs, keep multiple systems updated, and ensure each job is completed accurately and on time. A key part of this role is sourcing and coordinating the technicians and vendors needed for each work order.

They're looking for someone with experience supporting field service operations within commercial facilities maintenance who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and juggling competing priorities without letting the details slip. They offer a lot of flexibility in terms of working from home, but not in terms of the pace. This is a high-volume, highly visible role where you'll interact with customers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams throughout the day. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys being busy and likes having ownership of their work.
