Job summary

Welch Equipment Company is seeking a Service Coordinator to process work orders, collect technicians’ time, and handle customer calls in a fast-paced setting in Denver, Colorado. The role supports field technicians, uses ADP for time-tracking, and requires strong organizational skills.

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts with benefits including STD/LTD/Life insurance, paid sick leave and vacation, and 401(k) match. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Very organized with ability to multi-task.
• Strong written and verbal communication; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Process work orders for service work in coordination with technicians and customers.
• Record technicians' time and enter into ADP.
• Answer incoming calls from customers, technicians, and employees; communicate daily needs (service calls, purchase orders, invoices).
• Maintain WIP and ensure accuracy of timecards; coordinate with internal teams.
