bswift is seeking a Hypercare Manager to ensure operational excellence as clients transition from implementation to ongoing administration of benefits services. You will manage internal stakeholder relations, oversee go-live activities, and drive knowledge transfer and training during the transition and hypercare periods.

The role requires 5+ years in PM/implementation within benefits administration, a BA or related field, and strong communication, problem-solving, and independent-working skills.

Formación

• 5+ years of project management, implementation, and/or client relationship management experience in benefits administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong problem-solving, productivity, and reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead transition from implementation to ongoing administration for new client installations.
• Manage timelines across internal teams and report to executives on governance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and communicate delivery dates.
• Lead meetings for knowledge transfer, status updates, and hypercare activities.
• Ensure documentation is completed and understood by receiving teams.
• Monitor post go-live client health and feed lessons back to teams.
• Stay current with industry trends and suggest service improvements.
