Job summary

MCI Careers is looking for Hurricane Relief Agents to assist customers during disaster relief operations. This temporary, remote position requires strong communication skills and customer service orientation. Agents will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries and improving their experiences during challenging times.

The ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, and has a high school diploma or equivalent. MCI offers comprehensive training and a collaborative work environment to support employee growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious).
