Job summary

MCI is seeking temporary disaster relief agents to assist during hurricane events. This remote position is contingent on hurricane disaster relief needs with a workday running from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and multi-tasking in a collaborative environment. Benefits include health coverage and paid time off.
