Job summary

MCI is seeking a Remote Hurricane Relief Agent to support disaster relief efforts. This is a temporary role contingent on hurricane disaster needs, fully remote work required. Candidates will assist customers with inquiries, improve experiences, and escalate issues to maintain service quality.

Qualifications include being at least 18 years old, having a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong organizational and communication skills, both written and oral.
