You will coach, analyze trends, and help prioritize actions to improve block health, with a focus on high-risk claims and ongoing technical training for staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Disability claim management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Long Term Disability technical expert for the Team Lead and claim professionals.
• Provide guidance on policy interpretation, medical and vocational considerations, and claim strategy.
• Coach claim professionals through complex scenarios and provide actionable feedback to improve decision quality.
