You will coach, provide feedback, and help prioritize actions to maintain block health, while ownership remains with the claim professional. The role emphasizes collaboration and technical leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of long-term disability claim management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of LTD policy provisions, medical/vocational considerations, benefit Calculations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as LTD technical expert for Team Lead and claim professionals.
• Provide guidance on policy interpretation and claim strategy.
• Coach professionals through complex claims and provide actionable feedback.
• Identify trends and risks from claim activity to improve quality and block health.
• Support training and knowledge sharing for claim professionals.
