Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Disability claim management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Long-Term Disability policy provisions, medical and vocational considerations, benefit calculations.
• Proven ability to analyze complex or high-risk claim scenarios and recommend sound strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Long Term Disability technical expert to Team Lead and claim professionals on complex matters.
• Provide technical guidance on policy interpretation, medical and vocational considerations, and benefits eligibility.
• Coach claim professionals to strengthen critical thinking and ensure consistent claim management practices.
• Analyze claim activity and outcomes to identify trends and risks; support targeted coaching and process improvements.
