Parmele Disability Advocates is seeking a Customer Service Representative to monitor claim progress, verify information, and liaise with the SSA. No experience required; paid training and ongoing support are provided.

This role offers a hybrid/remote work environment after training and opportunities to grow in legal support, claims administration, and healthcare operations. You will engage in case monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with attorneys and staff to move cases forward

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary liaison between Parmele Disability Advocates and the SSA.
• Monitor and verify claim statuses for timely progression.
• Review case records for discrepancies or missing information.
• Investigate and resolve status issues through research and follow-up.
• Prepare routine correspondence and track important deadlines.
• Maintain accurate, organized case documentation.
• Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and support staff.
• Perform administrative and case support tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality per firm policies.
