Parmele Disability Advocates is seeking a Customer Service Representative to monitor case progress and verify information to help clients obtain Social Security Disability benefits. You will act as a liaison with the SSA and support attorneys and case managers to ensure timely, accurate handling of each file.

No prior experience in this field is required; we provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing support to build the necessary knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• As a Customer Service Representative, you'll help ensure client cases remain accurate, current, and progressing through the disability process efficiently.
• Serve as a primary liaison between Parmele Disability Advocates and the Social Security Administration (SSA).
• Monitor and verify claim statuses to ensure timely case progression.
• Review case records and identify discrepancies, missing information, or potential delays.
• Investigate and resolve claim status issues through research and follow-up with appropriate parties.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date case documentation within the firm's systems.
• Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and support staff to ensure cases move forward efficiently.
