Parmele Disability Advocates seeks a Customer Service Representative to monitor claim progress, verify information, and liaise with the SSA. You'll play a critical role in helping clients through the disability process with attention to detail and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary liaison between Parmele Disability Advocates and the SSA.
• Monitor and verify claim statuses to ensure timely progression.
• Review case records for discrepancies, missing information, or delays.
• Investigate and resolve status issues through research and follow-up.
• Monitor deadlines and prepare routine correspondence as needed.
• Maintain organized case documentation within firm systems.
• Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and support staff to move cases forward.
• Perform administrative and case support tasks for overall operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with firm policies.
