Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or related social services.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Able to manage high-volume phone-based work with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for health plan members.
• Build relationships with medical providers and government offices to keep applications on track.
• Gather, verify, and submit all forms and records for disability applications.
• Manage accounts and advocate for clients through the disability process.
• Follow HIPAA and security policies to protect data.
