Centauri Health Solutions is hiring for a 100% remote Bilingual Disability Specialist role. You’ll advocate for health plan members, guiding them through Social Security disability applications and coordinating with providers and agencies to keep cases on track.

The position emphasizes empathy, attention to detail, and multi-system navigation. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; prior government or social services exposure is a plus. Training and equipment are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service.
• Experience in social services, case management, disability/claims processing, using contact center software or working with government agencies is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for members, guiding through the Social Security disability process.
• Coordinate with providers and government agencies to keep applications on track.
• Gather, verify, and submit forms, medical records, and eligibility data.
• Manage accounts and follow up to secure disability benefits.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and secure data handling.
