Geisinger is seeking a Strategic HR Partner-level specialist to support disability and accommodation Center of Excellence. You will drive HR excellence across service lines in disability programs, guiding accommodation management across the enterprise.

The role involves analyzing data, facilitating the interactive accommodation process, and collaborating with leaders to implement compliant policies and effective return-to-work strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree-Related Field of Study required.
• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience required.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Proficient in computer literacy and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and provide observations on disability and accommodation management.
• Coordinate with employees and managers on accommodation requirements.
• Assist in interactive process for accommodation options.
• Maintain records of leave and accommodation requests.
• Educate department heads on return-to-work best practices.
• Mentor departments and explore return-to-work opportunities by providing suggestions of potential modified jobs within their industry.
