Job summary

Geisinger is seeking an Employee Relations Center of Excellence subject matter expert to drive HR excellence across service lines in all areas related to employee relations. You will partner with the Strategic HR Partner and other HR Centers of Excellence to promote and drive HR initiatives.

The role involves managing day-to-day HR functions, providing policy guidance to managers, conducting investigations, and leading employee relations programs across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years related work experience in employee relations or HR.
• Experience interpreting and applying employment laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for employee relations across the enterprise.
• Drive HR excellence across service lines in employee relations.
• Partner with Strategic HR Partner and other HR Centers of Excellence to promote HR initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day HR functions and provide policy guidance to managers.
