Job summary

Geisinger is seeking an Employee Relations Center of Excellence subject matter expert who drives HR excellence across service lines and partners with the Strategic HR Partner to promote and implement HR initiatives enterprise-wide.

You will manage day-to-day HR functions, provide coaching to managers, lead investigations, and support performance and disciplinary processes while aligning with EEO laws and company policies across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR functions and apply policies across service lines.
• Provide policy guidance and coaching for managers.
• Identify needs and support performance management goals.
• Conduct investigations and document findings with accuracy.
• Lead employee relations programs and exercise recommended actions.
• Counsel on disciplinary actions and action planning.
• Assist Diversity and Inclusion initiatives at the department level.
