Qualifications

• 7+ years at technology companies with progressive responsibility.
• 3+ years of operations experience at a high-growth enterprise SaaS company ($300M+ ARR); Services/Onboarding/Customer Support experience preferred.
• 2+ years at a leading consulting firm, investment bank, venture capital firm, or private equity firm; enterprise SaaS focus preferred.
• Experience building with AI tools (LLM APIs, agents, AI-native workflows)
• Experience working closely with C-level executives

Responsibilities

• Embeds within portfolio companies to diagnose opportunities and deploy improvements in AI adoption, process automation, and organizational design
• Serves as trusted advisor to portfolio company CEOs, COOs, CCOs, CTOs and other functional heads
• Builds and codifies best practices into playbooks used across portfolio companies
• Designs and leads cross-portfolio programs to scale impact
• Partners with investment professionals on investment thesis development and value creation planning for new investments
• Identifies and manages relationships with vendors and technology partners
