Vista Equity Partners is seeking a Director to join the Go-To-Market Group, focused on Support & Services within the Value Creation Team. Remote-based in the United States; immediate start.

You will diagnose opportunities with portfolio company executives, deploy improvements in AI adoption, automation, and organizational design, and develop scalable playbooks for cross‑portfolio programs that drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI adoption and organizational design projects with measurable impact.
• 7+ years in technology companies with progressive responsibilities.
• 3+ years in operations at a high-growth enterprise SaaS with $300M+ revenue; services onboarding or customer support preferred.
• 2+ years at a leading consulting firm, investment bank, venture capital firm, or private equity firm; enterprise SaaS focus preferred.
• Experience building with AI tools (LLM APIs, agents, or AI-native workflows).
• Experience working closely with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Embed within portfolio companies to diagnose opportunities and deploy targeted improvements in AI adoption and automation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to portfolio executives in developing initiatives that improve performance.
• Build and codify best practices into products and playbooks for cross-portfolio adoption.
• Lead cross-portfolio programs to drive adoption of best practices at scale.
• Drive strategy for adopting emerging technologies and architect scalable solutions.
• Partner with investment professionals on thesis development, modeling, and value creation planning.
• Cultivate relationships with vendors and technology partners to ensure measurable outcomes.
