Job summary

Vista Equity Partners seeks a Director for the Go-To-Market Group (Support & Services) within the Value Creation Team. The role is remote-based in the United States and immediate-start.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technology companies with progressive responsibilities.
• 3+ years in a high-growth enterprise SaaS company with at least $300 million in annual revenue; Services, Onboarding, or Customer Support preferred.
• 2+ years at a leading consulting firm, investment bank, VC, or PE; enterprise SaaS focus preferred.
• Experience leading transformational AI adoption and workflow automation projects with measurable business impact.
• Experience working closely with C-level executives and building credibility with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• embeds within portfolio companies to diagnose opportunities and deploy targeted improvements across AI adoption, automation, and organizational design.
• Acts as a trusted advisor to portfolio company executives (CEOs, COOs, CCOs, CTOs) to advance performance goals.
• Builds and codifies best practices into products and playbooks for portfolio-wide adoption.
• Designs and leads cross-portfolio programs addressing common challenges to scale impact.
• Drives strategy for adopting emerging technologies and architecting scalable solutions.
• Partners with investment professionals on thesis development, modeling, and value creation planning.
