Job summary

Vista Equity Partners is seeking an SVP of Data & AI Transformation to lead the firm’s enterprise AI and data initiatives. The role directs the vision, strategy, and roadmap to transform operations, investment decisions, and delivered value across a global business.

Based in Austin or New York, the candidate will champion responsible AI and data governance while partnering with senior leaders to realize measurable efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading enterprise technology, AI, data transformation, product management, strategy, or consulting.
• Strong track record in enterprise transformation with measurable outcomes.
• Experience building and leading high-performing tech and data teams.
• Proven ability to drive organization-wide adoption of new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Vista’s enterprise AI and data organization and operating model.
• Define and execute AI and data strategy, roadmap, and governance.
• Lead roadmaps, prioritize AI/data investments and product priorities.
• Own data strategy including governance and foundational architecture for scalable AI.
• Build and run high-performing data/AI teams.
• Enable secure, compliant AI citizen-developer programs for Vista employees.
