• 7+ years at technology companies with progressive responsibility.
• 3+ years of operations experience at a high-growth enterprise SaaS company ($300M+ ARR); Services/Onboarding/Customer Support experience preferred.
• 2+ years at a leading consulting firm, investment bank, venture capital firm, or private equity firm; enterprise SaaS focus preferred.
• Experience building with AI tools (LLM APIs, agents, AI-native workflows)
• Experience working closely with C-level executives

Vista Equity Partners, a global technology investor with more than $100 billion in AUM specializing in enterprise software, is hiring a Director for its Value Creation Team (VCT) — the operating arm of the firm. This remote, US-based role embeds within portfolio companies to drive AI adoption, process automation, and organizational design improvements, and partners with investment professionals on new deal evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Embeds within portfolio companies to diagnose opportunities and deploy improvements in AI adoption, process automation, and organizational design

Compensation

Annualized base pay range: $200,000 - $280,000, plus annual cash bonus and comprehensive benefits.
