Concentrix is seeking a Director of Account Management in the Technology sector to lead strategic relationships with key clients from a remote, nationwide capacity. You will manage executive-level touchpoints, craft growth strategies, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-value technology services and outsourcing solutions.

The role requires 6+ years in account management, strong CRM and data-analysis skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue and client satisfaction.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in account management or client relationship roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with client-facing excellence.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into account strategies.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; team-oriented.
