Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in account management or client relationship roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform account strategies.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other relevant tools.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients at multiple executive levels.
• Develops strategic account plans that address growth opportunities and aligns with Concentrix services.
• Monitors account performance and drives service delivery to exceed client expectations.
• Supports portfolio and sector growth strategies with data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborates with internal teams to deliver high-value, profitable solutions.
