Job summary

Confluent Medical Technologies is seeking an Account Management Director to lead strategic accounts from a remote position within the United States. You will own executive relationships, develop growth strategies, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to align customer goals with Confluent's business objectives.

You will drive revenue, manage commercial aspects, and ensure operational excellence while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a related field (Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Life Sciences).
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Typically 10+ years of progressive experience in Account Management, Sales, Program Management, Operations, or related field in medical device or regulated manufacturing.
Experience managing strategic customer relationships and business performance for complex, high-value accounts.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary business owner and executive point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
Develop and execute account strategies to support customer growth, retention, profitability, and long-term partnership objectives.
Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, including executive and senior leadership teams.
Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex operational, quality, supply, technical, and commercial challenges.
Own revenue performance, profitability, and strategic growth plans for assigned accounts.
Lead commercial discussions and support negotiation of customer agreements, statements of work, pricing amendments, and contract renewals.
