Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Strategy & Analytics to lead our integrated planning efforts, including demand planning, supply planning, MPS, and SIOP. This role blends strategic thinking with advanced analytics to create a synchronized, data-driven operating system across a global network.

The position emphasizes hands-on leadership, building analytics capabilities, and driving cross-functional change, with travel about 25% and a primary remote work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of supply chain experience including hands-on leadership across demand planning, supply planning, MPS, and SIOP.
• 5+ years building data and analytic assets such as forecasting models and centralized data assets.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
• Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design planning strategy and SIOP process; establish one plan and one set of numbers as the standard across the network.
• Build and govern demand forecasting and sensing capabilities; improve forecast accuracy and reduce bias.
• Define KPIs for SIOP; cascade KPIs across sites; build dashboards to track KPIs and drive performance.
• Develop data and analytical assets for monthly/weekly processes and ad-hoc analysis for customers and suppliers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to influence decisions and drive outcomes.
• Coach and grow the planning organization and analytics talent.
