Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Strategy & Analytics to lead integrated planning, demand and supply planning, and SIOP with a data-driven approach. This role emphasizes transforming a spreadsheet/ERP hybrid supply chain into one synchronized system.

The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on analytics, including AI-driven solution design, and requires coordinating across sites while traveling roughly 25% for collaboration with partners and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (required).
• 4+ years of supply chain experience, including hands-on leadership across demand planning, supply planning, MPS, and SIOP.
• 5+ years building data and analytical assets such as forecasting models and centralized data assets.
• US work authorization for full-time employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must meet ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design planning strategy and SIOP process; establish one plan and one set of numbers across the network.
• Build and govern demand forecasting and sensing capabilities; improve forecast accuracy.
• Define leading and lagging KPIs for SIOP; cascade KPIs across sites and programs; create dashboards.
• Develop data assets to support monthly/weekly processes and ad-hoc analyses for customers and suppliers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive better business outcomes.
• Coach and grow the planning organization and analytics talent.
