Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace seeks a Director of Supply Chain Strategy & Analytics to join our integrated planning team. You will lead strategy, design, and execution for demand planning, supply planning, MPS, and SIOP, pairing planning expertise with analytics to drive a synchronized, data-driven operating system.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, strategy setting, data modeling, and cross-functional alignment to improve inventory, delivery, and customer experience while enabling scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in supply chain planning and leadership across demand/supply planning, MPS, and SIOP.
• 5+ years building data assets and analytical tools (forecasting, inventory analytics).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. full-time without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must meet ITAR/EAR regulations compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design planning strategy and SIOP process; establish one plan and one set of numbers.
• Build and govern demand forecasting and sensing to improve accuracy and reduce bias.
• Define KPIs for SIOP; cascade across sites and programs and drive performance dashboards.
• Develop data assets to support monthly/weekly processes and ad-hoc analyses for customers and suppliers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to influence decisions and actions improving outcomes.
• Coach and grow the planning organization and analytics talent.
