Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Strategy & Analytics to lead integrated planning, demand and supply planning, and SIOP. The role blends strategy, analytics, and hands-on execution to align sites into a data-driven operating system.

The position is primarily remote with travel about 25%, offering opportunities to shape transformation programs across aerospace manufacturing and to partner with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years in supply chain leadership across planning areas.
• 5+ years building data assets and analytics for forecasting and SIOP processes.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. full-time without sponsorship now or in future; ITAR/EAR compliance essential.
• Experience with ERP systems and data platforms in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Design planning strategy & SIOP to establish one plan and one set of numbers.
• Build demand forecasting and sensing capabilities; improve accuracy.
• Define KPIs for SIOP and cascade them across sites; develop dashboards.
• Develop analytics assets for monthly/weekly planning and ad-hoc analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive actions that improve outcomes.
• Coach and grow the planning organization and analytics talent.
