Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Strategy & Analytics to lead the integrated planning discipline across demand planning, supply planning, MPS and SIOP. This hands-on leader will design strategy, build analytics assets, and drive a data-driven operating system with cross-functional teams.

Location is primarily remote with ~25% travel; the role demands a strong background in forecasting, ERP toolset, and transformation programs, plus the ability to align sites to one plan

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of supply chain experience with hands-on leadership across demand planning, supply planning, MPS and SIOP.
• 5+ years building data/assets such as forecasting models and centralized data assets.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design planning strategy and SIOP process; establish a unified plan and numbers across the network.
• Build and govern demand forecasting and sensing capabilities; improve forecast accuracy and reduce bias.
• Define KPIs for SIOP; cascade KPIs across sites; build dashboards to track KPIs and drive performance.
• Develop data assets to support monthly/weekly processes and enable ad-hoc analysis for customers and suppliers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive actions that improve business outcomes.
• Coach and grow the planning organization and analytics talent.
