Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Strategy & Analytics to lead our integrated planning, demand and supply planning, and SIOP efforts. This role combines strategic design, data analytics, and hands-on execution to connect a spreadsheet/ERP hybrid supply chain into a single data-driven operating system.

The ideal candidate will translate strategy into measurable improvements: lower inventory, higher on-time delivery, and enhanced customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of building data and analytical assets such as forecasting models and centralized data assets.
• Aerospace and/or manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design planning strategy and SIOP process; establish one plan and one set of numbers across the network.
• Build and govern demand forecasting and demand sensing; improve forecast accuracy and reduce bias.
• Define KPIs for SIOP; cascade KPIs across sites, programs, customers; build dashboards to track KPIs and drive improvement.
• Develop data and analytical assets to support monthly/weekly processes and ad-hoc analyses for customers and suppliers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to make decisions and drive actions that improve outcomes.
• Coach and grow the planning organization and analytics talent.
