Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Strategy & Analytics to lead integrated planning including demand, supply, MPS, and SIOP with a data-driven approach. This role combines strategic design with hands-on execution to reduce inventory and improve on-time delivery.

The position is primarily remote with about 25% travel and requires building analytics assets, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and STEM background preferred.
• 4+ years in supply chain with leadership across demand, supply, MPS and SIOP.
• 5+ years building data assets like forecasting models and centralized data tools.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. full-time without sponsorship.
• Ability to work under ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design planning strategy and SIOP process and establish one set of numbers.
• Build demand forecasting and sensing capabilities; improve forecast accuracy.
• Define KPIs for SIOP and create dashboards to track performance.
• Develop data assets for monthly/weekly processes and ad-hoc analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive actions and outcomes.
• Coach and grow the planning organization and analytics talent.
