Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Strategy & Analytics to lead our integrated planning, demand and supply planning, and SIOP initiatives.

You'll shape strategy, build analytics and automation (AI-enabled), and drive cross-functional transformation across a remote US-based team with ~25% travel. A hands-on leader comfortable with data, modeling, and KPI delivery, you will elevate forecast accuracy and on-time performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; U.S. work authorization.
• 4+ years in supply chain planning with hands-on leadership across demand planning, supply planning, MPS, and SIOP.
• 5+ years building data assets and analytics tools for forecasting and SIOP.
• Ability to work in ITAR/EAR compliant environment.
• Experience with ERP systems (Siteline, Visual, Epicor).

Responsibilities

• Design planning strategy and SIOP process with a single set of numbers.
• Build demand forecasting and sensing capabilities; improve forecast accuracy.
• Define KPIs for SIOP and cascade across sites; develop dashboards.
• Develop data assets to support monthly/weekly processes and ad hoc analyses.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive actions improving outcomes.
• Coach and grow the planning organization and analytics talent.
