Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace, a global aircraft engine components manufacturer, seeks a Director of Supply Chain Strategy & Analytics. The role leads integrated planning (demand, supply, MPS, SIOP) and builds a data-driven operating system to improve inventory, on-time delivery, and customer experience.

The position offers mainly remote work with travel about 25%, and requires leadership, strategic, and analytics skills to connect siloed processes across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in supply chain leadership.
• 5+ years building data analytics assets (forecasting, supply chain tools).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to comply with ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design planning strategy & SIOP process for the network.
• Build demand forecasting and sensing capabilities; improve forecast accuracy.
• Define leading and lagging KPIs for SIOP and build dashboards.
• Develop data assets to support monthly/weekly processes and ad-hoc analyses.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive actions that improve outcomes.
• Coach and grow the planning organization and analytics talent.
