Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Strategy & Analytics to join our integrated planning team. This role leads demand planning, supply planning, MPS, and SIOP, translating strategy into measurable results and building a data-driven operating system.

Based mostly remote with about 25% travel, the director will design the planning strategy, develop forecasting capabilities, define KPIs, and coach the planning organization while partnering across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of supply chain experience across demand planning, supply planning, MPS, and SIOP.
• 5+ years building data assets and analytics tools such as forecasting models and centralized data assets.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design planning strategy and SIOP process; establish one plan and one set of numbers across the network.
• Build and govern demand forecasting and sensing capabilities; improve forecast accuracy and reduce bias.
• Define leading and lagging KPIs for SIOP and cascade them across sites; build dashboards to track KPIs.
• Develop data and analytical assets to inform monthly/weekly processes and accelerate ad-hoc analyses for customers and suppliers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive actions that improve business outcomes.
• Coach, develop, and grow the planning organization and analytics talent.
