Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace seeks a Director of Supply Chain Strategy & Analytics to lead integrated planning and analytics for our global manufacturing network. You will design the SIOP process, drive forecast accuracy, and build data assets to enable a data-driven operating system.

This hands-on role blends strategy, modeling, and cross-functional leadership to reduce inventory and improve on-time delivery. Remote-friendly role with travel ~25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; STEM focus preferred.
• 4+ years in supply chain with hands-on leadership across planning.
• 5+ years building data assets and analytics for supply chain.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must comply with ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design planning strategy and SIOP process to create a single numbers plan.
• Build demand forecasting and sensing capabilities; improve accuracy.
• Define KPIs for SIOP and cascade across sites with dashboards.
• Develop data assets to support monthly/weekly analysis and ad-hoc work.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive decisions that improve outcomes.
• Coach and grow the planning organization and analytics talent.
