Quirch Foods, LLC is seeking a Director of Site Operations in New Jersey to oversee all facility and transportation activities. You will lead a high-performing operations team, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and align tactics with corporate objectives.

The role requires a strong track record of leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in leadership are expected, with a focus on warehouse and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relative field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient knowledge of inventory and warehouse environment.
• Ability to work within a team environment and manage others.
• Strong communication and people skills.

• Oversee Facility & Transportation responsibilities.
• Maintain visibility and accessibility to employees.
