Job summary

Quirch Foods is seeking an accomplished Operations Leader to develop and execute our national supply chain and distribution strategy. You will mentor the operations team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure on-time, in-full delivery of food products.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Compliance, along with budgeting, KPI management, and risk mitigation to maintain food-safety compliance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex operations across multiple regions.
• Strong experience with food safety standards, inventory management, and distribution logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the operational strategy aligned with company goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to high performance.
• Oversee supply chain from procurement to delivery ensuring on-time, in-full deliveries.
