Job summary

Quirch Foods is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inbound and outbound warehouse operations, ensure timely deliveries, and optimize workflow. You will analyze shipments, coordinate transfers, and maintain a clean, safe storage area.

The role requires 2–3 years in warehousing or supply chain, a relevant degree, and strong leadership and communication skills. Forklift and OSHA certifications are preferred; candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in administration, retail, merchandising, supply chain or related field preferred.
• Two to three years of warehousing or supply chain management experience preferred.
• Forklift and OSHA certification preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Meet standards by contributing to strategic plans and resolving problems.
• Analyze shipment logs and coordinate inventory transfers with related departments.
• Open and close shifts; schedule and train new workers.
• Review payroll and commission reports for payment; maintain safety procedures.
