Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relative field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient knowledge of inventory and warehouse environment.
• Ability to work within a team environment and manage others.
• Strong communication and people skills.

We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.***Essential duties and Responsibilities:***• Responsible for oversight of all Facility & Transportation responsibilities • Maintain a high degree of visibility and access to employees • Create a positive work environment that is consistent with the Company’s values and objectives • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, quality, and customer satisfaction • Prioritize and adjust strategic plans and initiatives in response to organizational, regulatory, or market driven imperatives. • Translate business vision and strategy into operational tactics in order to build the organizational support and infrastructure needed to achieve them • Makes recommendations to the Regional Operations Director on programs to improve warehouse operations • Track and adjust to local market conditions that impact business results • Report sales, operations, financial results, and additional information and documentation to management team and supervisors • Drives KPIs for assigned business unit • Suggests efficiency ideas, cost reduction measures and assists with the implementation of changes within inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
