Quirch Foods, LLC in New Jersey is seeking a seasoned operations leader to oversee Facility and Transportation functions, ensuring efficient warehouse performance and compliance with regulations.

You will drive KPI reporting, budget development, and staff development, building a high-engagement environment and delivering outstanding customer service. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relative field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient knowledge of inventory and warehouse environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversight of Facility & Transportation responsibilities.

• Develop and monitor operating and capital budgets.

Identifies problems and proposes solutions to other members of management and promotes cooperation with other departments• Develop and monitor operating and capital budgets• Assists in developing a program to train and motivate personnel for increased effectiveness• Lead and develop operations team to deliver unparalleled customer service• Maintain elevated levels of accuracy in daily operations• Operate in compliance with federal, state and local statutesQualifications and Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in a relative field preferred.
