Job summary

Quirch Foods, LLC seeks a Director of Regional Operations to lead regional logistics, warehousing, and supply chain across multiple sites in the United States. You will partner with the VP of Operations and senior leadership to drive operational excellence, safety, and client service.

Responsibilities include developing strategy, managing budgets and KPIs, implementing Lean/Six Sigma, and mentoring a high-performing team while ensuring compliance with food safety standards and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive operations management experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong experience with food safety, inventory management, and distribution logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an operational strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to foster high performance and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the full supply chain from procurement to delivery, ensuring on-time, in-full, quality-compliant results.
• Establish KPIs and drive cost-saving initiatives; manage budgets and P&Ls.
