Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years in warehousing or distribution leadership.
• Experience managing multi-client or 3PL operations.
• Strong P&L ownership and financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations and ensure safe, timely order fulfillment.
• Lead site managers and warehouse staff; drive cost efficiency.
• Develop SOPs for receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory control.
• Partner with sales to scope and onboard multi-client accounts.
• Drive safety audits and regulatory compliance.
