Job summary

Quirch Foods, LLC seeks a Director of Regional Operations to lead strategic operational initiatives across the region. You will supervise the operations team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure seamless supply from procurement to delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a track record in food distribution. You will partner with Sales, IT, and Compliance to optimize networks, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with strong leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading regional supply chains, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
• Knowledge of food safety, regulatory standards, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the operational strategy aligned with company goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to high performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end supply chain from procurement to delivery.
• Negotiate supplier contracts and manage relationships to ensure favorable terms.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgets, P&Ls and KPI reporting; align IT with operations.
