Norstella is seeking a Director of Analytics & Insights to lead RWD/RWE strategy and transform clinical data into actionable insights. You will manage a small team, collaborate across Product, Data Science, and Technology, and interface with senior leadership to align analytics with business priorities.

Role requires deep expertise in real-world data, strong clinical understanding, and the ability to translate complex concepts into executable specifications and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in RWD study design and statistical ownership with various data sources.

Responsibilities

• Set RWD/RWE strategy across therapeutic areas and product lines.
• Lead a small team of technical RWD specialists and oversee implementation of data-driven insights.
• Communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
