Job summary

Norstella is seeking a RWD Analytic Consultant to support real-world data engagements across the life sciences sector. You will query and analyze claims, lab results, EMR, and other datasets, translating analytic outputs into actionable business insights.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience with RWD, strong SQL, and a solid understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem, working with clinicians, data scientists, and other experts to deliver impactful results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in relevant quantitative field.
• 3+ years of professional experience with RWD (claims, lab, EMR/EHR, etc.).
• Understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Query and analyze a wide range of healthcare data sources (claims, lab, EMR).
• Enhance understanding of trends, optimize patient care, and drive evidence-based decisions.
• Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, statisticians, and healthcare professionals to define analytical requirements.
