Job summary

Norstella is seeking a Director of Analytics & Insights to shape real‑world data strategies and lead a small team of RWD specialists. You will align clinical evidence with product and AI initiatives, drive data standards, and partner with senior leadership to deliver clinically sound, data-driven insights.

You will oversee data strategy, validation, and governance while ensuring timely delivery of RWE projects across therapeutic areas in a remote US setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in real-world data (RWD) study design and statistical ownership.
• Ability to translate clinical and RWD expertise into precise specifications and business rules.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Data Science and Technology teams.
• Proven track record in building and leading small teams delivering RWE/RWD solutions.

Responsibilities

• Set RWD/RWE strategy across therapeutic areas.
• Own cross-functional stakeholder relationships with Product, Services, Technology and Data Science.
• Translate complex RWD concepts into business value and ROI.
• Define and govern cohort definitions, endpoints and study design.
• Ensure AI-ready, semantically consistent data for AI solutions and agents.
