Job summary

Norstella is seeking a Director of Analytics & Insights (Clinical RWD/RWE Solutions) to lead the RWD strategy and oversee a small team of specialists. Based in a remote US setting, you will collaborate with Product, Technology, Data Science and Services to define evidence logic and build clinically sound, defensible analyses for content products and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in RWD study design and statistical ownership.
• Clinical data sources like claims, EHR/EMR and registries understood.
• Translate clinical reasoning into cohort definitions and rules.
• Strong English communication with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in biopharma or life sciences context is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead RWD/RWE strategy across therapy areas and product lines.
• Manage cross-functional relationships with Product, Data Science, and Technology.
• Define standards for cohort definitions and endpoint logic.
• Translate complex data concepts into buildable specifications.
• Oversee a small team, provide coaching and ensure delivery against specs.
• Balance scientific rigor with product and client needs.
